Activate Clan

I believe that in order to activate the clan each member will need to use set themselves as Xbox Clan members. Apparently just joining this group doesn't set it up on the console side. So even though we have 3 group members it is only recording 1 clan member. With the Taken King being out, hopefully we can get more people involved.
