A nuclear war will never happen between world powers like Russia and US. Because they know that if someone does, then there own country will get destroyed.
It would have to be from a stupid crazy county like Iran terrorists group.

Iran doesn't have a terror group, and Hezbollah does not have access to nukes. Either way Iran would not use nukes, and it wouldn't allow Hezbollah to use a nuke because it would be traced back to Iran and Israel would use nukes to retaliate.

And I don't mean Iran in specific, it would have to be a terrorists group that fires one first.
Their is a reason the Cold War, was not a actual war. Because both countries knew that if someone launches nukes, then they will get obliterated.
I highly doubt that, what would the benefit be to anyone to resort to nukes?
Showing a little backbone isn't going to start a war. Bending over just might.

What you think is irrelevant, seeing as how America and Russia came close to war once already with heavy implications of both sides wanting to use nukes.

You're assuming both sides wouldn't try to sneak attack each other if tensions rose high enough to lead to war, just like during JFK's presidency.
It isn't this black and white, especially not when your enemy rides bears shirtless. He's got a huge ego and that is never good during war.
What good does a nuclear "Sneak Attack" do, if it's even possible.
We would still have retaliatory capacity.
It's a no win for Putin to use nukes on America, so he won't.
