  • 2250 on the SAT... Which is about 33-34 on the ACT I guess.

  • They're two very different tests. You can't really say [x] SAT score is equal to [Y] ACT score. There's no conversion rate.

  • Thanks! I studied for about two weeks once APs finished (last AP exam on May 16th, SAT on June 1st). I bought the blue SAT book that's made by the College Board and did 7 of the 10 practice tests in that time (multiple choice only, no essays. It's not as bad as it sounds). Other people get books from Barron's, Princeton Review, etc., but I think the College Board book is best because it's from the actual maker of the SAT, so the practice tests are actual, previously used SATs. Depending on your school schedule you could prepare more, it's all up to you, where you're starting from and where you want to be. I'd say the preparation definitely helped with getting used to the type of questions and overall length of the exam. Let me know of you've got any other questions!

  • Thanks for all the info, one more question though how drained were you at the end of the tests and where do you think you'll be going for school

  • Pretty tired at the end of it all, but preparing/studying beforehand will help with that. I'm planning on doing some kind of engineering, looking at a bunch of schools.
