With your stats, you probably don't even have a solid enough understanding of pvp to understand why it's OP. I hate bringing up stats, but then again I hate your logic.
And your logic sucks. The fact is juggernaught is a terrible ability. I don't know the last time I was killed by a jugg Titan was to long ago. You got outplayed and your being a sore loser about it.
