What would be really cool is if the vault of glass gave you a ghost that dropped at 170 but had the ability to be infused to current levels. Do the same with crotas end. But make them worth getting. The ghost from vault of glass should look like vex and the ghost from crotas end should look like crota both ghosts should have perks associated with their respective types.
