That's awesome, but there's just so much lower leveled armor that looks great! But are totally useless. I'm glad any legendary can be upgraded though, I wish I kept my Queens chest and helmet pieces though.
Of course. You get Etheric light and you can upgrade every legendary to the highest light level. + the same with exotics and exotic shards.
