I like the post. the exotic idea is cool but I could see that being an issue. It just seems like you could pretty much steamroll through any part of the game if this was the case. But if this was implemented maybe it would force them to make enemies less predictable and challenging.

see, that's the thing...i don't know about the whole "steamroll" part.....the only thing that's truly different about exotic armor, and weapons, is the perks, and somewhat odd functions some of them have....and, of course, how f**king cool they look. i don't know that they would give you a decisively unfair advantage over the AI enemies....and even if they did, i imagine it would be marginal at best, and is it really that big a deal? i mean, i don't think someone would be able to don all exotic armor, and weapons, and then go solo mushroom tap crota's end in 5 minutes....exotic gear doesn't turn you in to the chuck norris of guardians....it's just a little something extra...

I can agree with this. I guess listening to the hype of certain weapons and people being able to wield each of these makes me think it'd be god like.

yeah....i mean, if i could, i'd rock, "The Armamentarium", "An Insurmountable Skullfort", "No Backup Plans", and "Mk. 44 Stand Asides", while armed with a Suros Regime, Icebreaker, and either Truth, or Super Good Advice.....i'd look cool, have cool weapons, and i honestly don't think that would give me the ability to pwn the hardest stuff in the game all by myself... everyone makes this stuff to be so much more than it is...
