I'm guessing that you are a Christian, yes?
My point is that in both Greek mythology and the bible both gods can do pretty much anything the storyteller wants.
No, the Judeo-Christian God is the ultimate story-teller. Saying the authors of the Bible define God, is like saying the painting gave the painter life.
*sighs*
The whole premise of god is that he is omnipotent, therefore unbeatable in a fight.
Zeus is the same idea but with a different name and different backstory, with slightly different powers.
Wether you believe either is real or not, a fight between the two would be pointless because neither can possibly lose as neither can die or be defeated by any other means (according to their own mythology/bible).
Do you now understand my point?

Yes and No.
While some could argue the Jewish, Christian, and Muslim God was based of Zeus (and many before him!): Zeus had a father, Chronos. God wasn't created, he always was.
Besides... Everyone knows the ancient Sumerians were right. We were created by aliens to be used as a slave labor force. We minded gold for them and when the 'Gods' were satisfied they left Earth.
Not saying God is based on Zeus but Christianity is translated thru Graeco-Roman cosmology and God becomes big bloke with beard who throws lightning = Zeus
