When you think like this, you need to then ask yourself: "how does this affect me at all?" This is a great question that many people seem to overlook.
Does millions of people owning icebreaker hurt your play style in any way? Does somebody else having the same weapon as you make the game impossible to play and enjoy? Does everybody owning good and powerful weapons actually help out in strikes? Are you only complaining because now you cannot feel special or superior?
These questions and more must be asked. So far the only hindrance I've seen from you and the OP is that your egos are now hurt and you can't feel special. The game, however, goes on and, for most of us who bought icebreaker, has become far more enjoyable.

I didn't say it affects all of us in saying that I does defeat the purpose of owning an exotic knowing that more people have it then a rare or a common

I still don't see why that is a problem. Who cares if other people have a gun if it doesn't change how you play the game?

Lol they haven't replied because the only response is "But but but, it's not fair! I want the good guns!" Right. Lol.
