The only point I would argue against is 3. This may have already been said so sorry if I'm repeating but nothing has changed in regards to the light level you are able to buy your way to. Previously you could purchase lvl 29 gear when the max was 30 and now its purchase lvl 31 gear and the max is 32. I doubt that will change as it's worked so far.

  • I think the main issue is that in under 6 months all the gear people had to earn through constant grinding in the raid was replaced overnight by vendor gear. All your time. All your effort. All the late nights learning it than doing it over and over were for nothing. Once again within 6 months not even a year we will have to do it all again. I have never seem a game that not only forces you to grind senselessly but with half a year takes away all your progress and makes it pointless

  • I am with you there. I was alright with the first overhaul to an extent because at the time I wasn't really playing end-game stuff like raid or nightfall. Now I have all but one piece of 32 armor, all the important exotics almost fully maxed and if they do the same thing with HoW and make all the gear obsolete and underpowered I would be pissed. I'd like to think that they learned from the uproar of TDB and will find a better way to allow us to upgrade stuff without resetting and re-grinding but I have a feeling that they will do the exact same thing again.
