Some Questions Need to be Answered
So in the next update I niticed Bungie said something about the VoG dropping level 32 Exotics. So when they mean level 32, do they mean you HAVE to be level 32 to use them or no? Or they are just better quality or higher damage I should say. I am highly confused please help me understand what they're meaning by this.
