I found my LDR 5001, it has armor piercing rounds equipped, I tested it on PvP and all my shots either ricochet or just stop when they hit the wall.

Mine's still working. Sometimes it looks like it isn't but just keep trying. It's best when sniping someone who trying to get away and had just turned a corner or something.
