I do agree. My raid group last night was discussing many if these issues. Primarily the fact that HoW will surely erase all of our progress from January to march and how bungie encourages players to cheese by having terrible loot design, then gets egomaniacal about patching cheeses that they forget about the buggy issues that are actually more important to fix like the bubbles coming through the portal on hard Atheon for example. Don't let us cheese but yeah let the game cheat us. Makes no sense. It seems like they are making the architects mistake: designing what they want and not what the customer wants. They address all the wrong issues and neglect what's actually important to the players.
