Lately I've been seeing more and more inactive players in strikes, both in the playlists and from the planet selection, and was wondering if there are any plans to curb their (lack of) effect. I know that the players can be booted but it usually takes so long the strike will be almost over. Right now I'm watching my brother play Winter's Run with the Archon about halfway down and the dude still hasn't been kicked. Are there any plans to deal with players that do not contribute or barely contribute (to avoid being kicked but still just kind of laze about) in Strikes?
Personally I'd like to have a vote to kick option appear after say five minutes of inactivity or ten-fifteen minutes if the player has barely any kills/assists. Or should we the players simply create a blacklist of inactive players? No worries about false accusations as anyone can check their player history to verify.
Update: the inactive player has played two strikes now either doing nothing or just enough to avoid the kick. Brother and other player completed Winter's Run and he was not kicked (0 kills/assists/deaths)

I'd prefer a vote to kick option, since it has other uses. Case in point, I did an Omnigul run with this player, KSI Legion JR. I finished with 171 kills, another guy with 151, he with 27. Why so low? Because he spent the whole time in his sparrow, trying to run over his teammates. He succeeded in killing us 7 times by my count. Its bad enough to not contribute, but having to two man the strike AND protect ourselves from our teammate. My favorite part was when his sparrow was destroyed, and he walked back so he could summon a new one and start over. Avoiding all of KSI from now on.
