Im not sure, i found some in a chest hidden inside a cave. I opened the chest and there was a note. Socks it said. I think the note meant those white long thingy things that also was inside the chest. Im pretty sure you are supposed stick you're foot in the holes. But i could be wrong *Lenny face*
