You are extremely naive if you think there won't be practically unlimited amounts of gjallarhorns or any other gun you could name available for real cash + a No Land Beyond or whatever xur is selling, on ebay or wherever within a day. When a gjallarhorn, fatebringer, icebreaker, or mythoclast is worth $100 or more in real US dollars you are damn right they are gonna get sold. 80% of people aren't going to give one to friends when they can get real cash. If you don't think that's possible look at the prices people sell some madden mobile virtual player cards for, ($60 isn't uncommon for a single elite playable card comparable to gjallarhorn) Just grinding a ton of bounties to rank up my new icebreaker I got three more (on top of the 8 or so I've already had) exotic vanguard mentor missive bounties pop up, so that won't be slowing the profiteers down at all. I think it's a terrible idea, basically the people with IRL money will have the best stuff, RNG is a better choice than that.
