Trading would completely ruin this game since everyone one would practically have everything. Therefore everyone would stop playing the game and bungie doesn't want that to happen. So no matter what there will never be a trade system.

True story. Some people can't see beyond their own greed for specific weapons. If trading was brought into Destiny it would cause a ripple effect that this game would never recover from.
