Just want to know everyone's thoughts on Deej. I think he's doing an OK job in difficult circumstances.
That said only forum justice matters.

Edited by SpriggOfNimbus: 1/3/2015 11:01:23 AMLmao, what makes DeeJ an acceptable community manager? His vague posts and him replying to irrelevant feedback threads that have nothing to do with the game?
-
Tbh I can understand everyone wants a target to throw their hate at. But bungie haven't exactly made deejs life easy...
-
3 RepliesI hope you see this DeeJ. This will receive a lot of criticism; Have any of you check his recent activity? 11/17/2014 - 12/25/2014 That is the time gap before we received any activity of him. 38 days!!! How can you guys expect him to be liable for you updates when he has yet to say anything besides the update about Xur staying. I get it, we take time off for thanksgiving. So you take away 3 days, that is still over a month!! Stop trying to defend someone that hasn't done his job in over a month. Say what you want but this is the truth. Deny and disagree all you want but your just blind to the truth and covering for a guy that hasn't responded to any criticism about him and his job performance.

While I'm not a fan of Deej, all things considered, I think it's acceptable. After all, I don't think it's his intentions to create a paragraph long answer to a yes/no question. That's the higher ups telling him what to say to do damage control. I also have an underappreciated job in society. I can understand how he must feel.
-
I like deej, speaks up when needed and remains silent taking everything in when he needs to then tells what he can, the relevant part being what he can. I don't envy him his job but if he wants to give me it I'd be happy to take over, But I doubt I'd do much differently except maybe play with randoma under pseudonyms to get a feel for the real feedback of the players and not just the trolls and none players
-
IDK if its his fault or not but DeeJ is one of the worst community managers I have ever seen, gives us little to no feedback on the topics we want most, overall poor manager.
-
DeeJ is very good, as he doesn't get involved with every nerf this, buff this, ban this thread.
-
1 ReplyBump for justice for Deej, master of all community managers.

1 ReplyEdited by Talhwar: 1/2/2015 11:36:07 PMThere's probably a lot they have to consider before he can make another update. Like if they're going to deal with non DLC holders getting blocked from certain activities, Xur selling DLC exclusive items, raid cheese, no loot for Ir yut, ect.

1 ReplyEdited by OneTwoManyFools: 1/2/2015 11:09:50 PMBefore the game came out Deej was a folk hero. Now... he has no power and is trotted out as a mouth piece for higher ups. I gey the impression that were he allowed to, he'd speak clearly with no equivocation on most of the issues we raise. However, as an agent of the powers that be, he can't say anything that smells like an admission of culpability for misleading us on what this game was truly about

Being regarded as an acceptable community manager is amazing given the circumstances. Really good job deej. Keep asking PvE questions and giving us as much info as you are allowed too
-
If hes better than david vonderhaar hes great
-
He's a terrible manager. Doesn't do SHIT.
-
Can't be a nice job. The expectations for this game and me included were impossibly high. It is rare that I spend the hours on a game that I have with destiny and enjoy deejs posts. You can please some of the people some of the time but not everyone. So think all and all done an Ok job . It must drag him down takes a particular type of person I guess.

3 RepliesInitial results indicate Deej is doing an acceptable job.
-
3 RepliesI made a thread like this, some guy proposed to DeeJ, and he responded. It was a no, but at least he didn't leave any room for doubt.
-
This is actually really informative lol. To listen to the moaning whiners you'd think he was the devil. Clearly the vocal minority does not represent the views of the community.

Bumping for Deej justice at the hands of the community.
