Once again back to the wasp issue. I will not delete and instal this game again just to be able to play a day or two and have it happen again. I live out in the country and have a slow connection. It takes 35 - 40 hours for me to do a complete download. I can't believe I paid good money just so I can be frustrated.
I think a good idea would be for bungie to fix their mess instead of leaving their customers in the dark and feeling like we were ripped off.

has yours worked by any chance? I've been at this for 2 days.
-
Yes for me I have to sit here for around two hours dismissing the error and hitting A to start again. After about two hours it will finally go into the game. Pain in the back side about time to find a new game and be done with this crap. A game is suppose to be relaxing, not frustrating.
-
Did you exit the game or just kept on pressing dismiss back to the start? I know, I wasted my money on something i havent used since i got it. Sucks.
-
I had to do the update twice today man....wtf
-
I think im onto something here guys, mine worked by having a fast internet at first, but then after i shut down my console i went back to the error, so i tried using my mobile hotspot just to update it. and it worked
-
This works for me to but is bungie going to pay my phone bill!
-
It really sucks because whenever my console goes off completely i then keep getting the wasp error all over again. I'm playing other games now, Bungie sucks.

Major pain. The external drive fixed the problem for me completely. It's a hardware problem in my opinion.
-
How did you use an external Hard drive? I've tired with no success. Also asked others who had it and they couldn't get it to work?
-
I copied the files to my computer then let the xbox format it. 3TB external. Has its own power supply. Was easy to set up
-
Nice. Maybe I can find videos and give it try. Having an extra hard drive wouldn't hurt any way if it doesn't end up working.
-
I find things run smoother using the external.
-
How? What did you do ?

Sorry though this was for a post with a possible solution. I copied game files to a external hard drive then added it it as the primary storage device. Downloaded the 72 mb patch to the eternal drive and fired it up. Working perfectly
