Have you checked tess special orders? Also I have read if you delete the 1st character it gets sent to it's gone & cannot be reclaimed! :(

  • But if it gets sent to special orders then it should stay there as an item available for repurchase. Source: my friend that has the tumbler.

  • I have 3 tumblers! ;) but I've seen posts where people hadn't received theirs & bungie mentor said "if you deleted the character it gets sent to 1st it will NOT turn up @ special orders"

  • But...but I got all of the other items. Everything but the tumbler. How would I have deleted a character after raiding the special orders inventory and miss the tumbler?

  • Well if you've never deleted a character then it should be there! :( mine got sent to my 1st character in the post! I was annoyed when my other characters didn't get 1 in the post & when I asked & was told tess would now sell it for others unless I'd deleted my 1st character that got it!

  • I've read an article from Bungie that it's a licensing error and that I'd have to try reinstalling the pass and expansions. No mention of character deletions at all. Unless I could somehow find their support ticket link all I can do is try a hard reset and reinstall of my game files. :(

  • Ahh that's been a problem since Xmas! My dlc isn't working either dispite refreshing my license :( but the missing tumblers has been an issue since before the Xmas attack! The reason I stated was the original reason for missing tumblers however the Xmas problems may have caused more issues with it! Good luck with trying to track it down! :)

  • Well tumblers are for buying the season pass which is dlc! if dlc isn't registering then hence no tumbler!
