While I'm sure many of you know this, there are hunters out there who are not aware that they can jump higher by holding 'Jump' button compared to just taping it. Unlike titans lift and warlocks glide, hunters jump does not teach you to hold 'Jump' intuitively as by just taping it provides rather significant height.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gsC1iE15rUE
First 2 jumps were made by just taping jump twice while on the 3rd attempt each jump was extended by holding jump button.

Another video to better illustrate just tapping vs holding vs just tapping.
This is useful because you cannot reach some places like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fT-4ERBAJ98 w/o holding jump button.
P.S. If you are still not convinced that holding increases jump height slightly simply stand near wall and test it your self. You'll see that if you hold each jump you reach quite higher compared to just tapping.
EDIT: One more video clearly showing difference that jump height is linear to the time you hold jump button: http://youtu.be/FpYMOuju3ZQ
Here you can see that extra height added to a 2nd jump as well. Works with the 3rd jump too.

You don't need to hold it idiot. Tap it. Wait til the right time. Tap it again.
-
wait so would this work for the blink jump?
-
Nice work. There's also a kind of cheeky way to run faster too. So we all know Hunters are agile anyway and can use perks to speed up and even equip a MIDA or Vex Mintyclass for added agility, but there's another way that you may not know of. It's a bit tricky at first, but once you get used to it, it'll be like riding a bikecycle. OK, so as you're moving forward with your left thumbstick, click it in. This will make you go EVEN FASTER! Amazing. You're all welcome, glad I could help.

You know what they say, "You learn something new every 800 hours."
-
Thx for this
-
Or just fly... OH wait only Warlocks can fly.
-
Anyone who has played super Mario bros (or really any platformer) should have instinctively known this if you ask me..
-
If you haven't figured that put and you main hunter you should probably kill yourself
-
Wow...really? Never knew this...damn. Thanks lol
-
It actually applies to non-ability jumps of all classes. It's special for hunter class because the double or triple jump is not a booster but an extra jump
-
I knew this before. Sometimes when trying to reach a high place I'll press harder on the 'A' as if it will make me jump even higher.
-
This works for other classes but with the jetpack type boost its not needed unless you are in the first part of the new raid and want to jump up on a rock.
-
Glad I clicked this post. I've been maining a hunter and never knew this. I feel stupid now, but it's nice to see I'm not the only one who didn't know about this.

-
This became more noticeable when jumping around in the vault of glass
-
in your video you simply hit the second jump latter and that make you go further.
-
Lol I've been playing since day one and I figured this out about 2 months ago. I never tested it out but I noticed that I did seem to go higher and further by holding the jump button. Glad to see I'm not crazy lol
-
Wow I never knew this either. You da real MVP
-
You didn't know this?....
-
Take this down let the noob hunters suffer.
-
I use blink and rush around so fast I usually just tap... But good to know
-
Seriously? I feel stupid......
-
Wow I've been a hunter since i first started and never knew this
-
No one knew this? O.o
-
You just blew a lot of minds
