The reload times and animations should be changed between reloading a rifle that has an empty chamber and one that does not. If there is still a live round in the chamber when the magazine is changed then there is no need to cycle the bolt back. It should take approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of the current time it takes to reload a weapon if there is a live round in the chamber. Thank you.
