First of all, since this is a problem that has been there since launch, why didnt you make space before defeating crota?
Second, this game is also from activision so there contact support is also a option.
Third, i know this is al frustrating. Crota isnt easy and took me 2 days to find a way that works and then one to use it and make him cry. But from what i've seen, if your emblem inventory is full, you get something else. Meaning you got lood that i didnt get since i got the emblem.
Al with all, it is just waiting untill they or fix this in the way that it will be send to the postmaster and you dont get anything else, or make clear that if you want the emblem, you have to make space.
But for me, the first thing i like to see done is the increase in vault size. With all these new weapons, my vault who was full already cant keep up

And I don't believe Bungie has a contact number at all that we can reach them through as you say. If you can supply one I'd be grateful.

There is absolutely no need to be rude. Anyways, calling their publisher won't accomplish anything. I highly doubt that the publisher has a number for glitches in destiny. If that was the case, bungies help staff would be routing us to call them.

Well, since they worked on the game as well, they should be there to solve problems or make sure you get a call back with someone who can help you. Also spamming there and bungies twitter account could help.

That would be nice if they did. I figured spamming Bungies own help forums would lead somewhere but unfortunately it hasn't. Shame, really. If anything Bungie is just waiting until Tuesday where everyone will be attempting again (with emblem space no doubt..ha) and they can quietly mention in their next update that they've recognized the glitch and are working on a fix.

Even though it was a problem months before the dlc I would have figured Bungie fine tuned their game to the point of fixing little bugs like these. Also I don't always pay attention to my inventories. That's why sometimes I miss a shader or a weapon. Granted one would think id learn my lesson, but then again that's also why there is a postmaster. And I disagree with me having received other loot since I didn't receive the emblem. I got the shader and LMG. However those who ran it with me ALL received the emblem among. Some also received weapons.
