5 RepliesNot a cheese, it's strategy. Isn't the point of doing these in groups the ability to revive one another when they go down? So, if not every person is shooting at the same time, that makes it a cheese? That doesn't really make sense to say that this isn't legitimate. Well done I say, the bitch is cheesy in her own. Hiding behind Knights and Wizards just to buff her shield again. In my opinion, if Bungie added that room to the map, it was meant to be used. Taking cover isn't cheesing it, it's being intelligent.

2 RepliesThis is months old XD
-
Abyss Defiant with the wizard confusion perk works well here too once her shields are down. You die a whole lot less.
-
1 ReplyIs this really what people consider cheesing? This isn't a legit tactic? What is? Standing in front of Omnigul getting pelted by her blasts?
-
Yes I have used this tactic a few times since it gets the job done quite fast, can also be done on Nexus and Valus for instance.
-
2 RepliesVery nice tactic. Is there any way anyone can make a walk through or something of the entire thing? I'm still having a hard time making through the first room of the 28 weekly strike.
-
its not that bad i have soloed it a few times, nightfall i can solo too
-
5 Repliesaround 1:51, how's your teammate, a warlock, going invisible?!
-
5 RepliesNicely done. Do adds not spawn in from that room right there, to your right?
-
A suggestion, if you use a defender titan the suppressor grenade will keep the witches from shooting at you and levitating for approximately 5-10 seconds. If you have armentarium you'll be able to throw 2 and be able to shoot more without being shot at. Also, not sure if there is enough room in there for weapons of light with out having to venture out of the "safe zone" reviving ppl.

1 ReplyEdited by Executioner423: 12/12/2014 7:15:34 PMCan't see the video since it's blocked at work, but I read the comments and this strategy seems a bit inefficient. This is what I did for the nightfall: Once you get to the last room there is a ledge on the right and in the back before entering the room where the boss is. When adds spawn have your team jump up there and dps the adds down. By doing this you avoid thralls and the exploding thralls (I forget their name). Once the adds are down DPS boss, when she screams (every 20% or so) adds will spawn, when they spawn jump on the ledge and DPS them down. Note: The Hallowed Knights (not the melee ones) won't enter the room and there are 2 on the back wall and one on the right side upon entering the boss's room. Just snipe them down. We did the same thing on Heroic, except you don't need to jump up on the ledge since the mobs go down a lot easier thanks to Arc Burn and the fact that there's no Lightswitch buff on the enemies. Easy fight, just takes some patience since we were level 30. MVP weapons in this fight for me were: Fatebringer Ice Breaker / Patience and Time Any Arc dmg heavy

2 RepliesI soloed the level 30 weekly no problem but the nightfall is just ridiculous lol I will be taking friend with me next time
-
there is no cheese here
-
Wish I knew this yesterday

2 RepliesThis isn't really a cheese. All I'm seeing is death and res. Cheese would be making something easy without any or much repercussions. Right here you are constantly dying. My friends and I just took 2 different spots and rocketed her to death with arc plus I had my fatebringer, me friend was rolling with a maxed timurs lash. We were both 30's. Way easier and faster than this. You do have to be a bit more careful but it's faster.
-
8 RepliesWould have been a lot quicker had one of the 2 Tools that kept dying had a Gjallahorn (or even an Arc machine gun) instead of a freaking hand cannon
-
Edited by Raider TCK: 12/12/2014 1:39:38 PMNot really a cheese, just good use of the map. Thank you.

1 ReplyHow about shoot her and the ads till they are all dead? Worked twice so far this week for me.
-
This video didn't make me want to jump into a sack of jalapeño juice coated razor blades that was falling off of a cliff towards aids-covered needles glued pointy end up, like your last video did.
-
8 RepliesThe fact that you had to do that is just sad... Competed it with my 30 Warlock and my 28 Titan, no issues. You just need to get better at strategy.
-
there is no cheese here
-
Always nice to see a new way of doing it, thanks. My way seems to work a lil better though. Just stay in the main entrance and make sure one of the team stays back away from harm, preferrably an invisi Hunter. The two fighting simply take a door each and keep popping in and out. If they die, invisi comes in and rescues. The one staying back also watches their backs from the spawning ads behind them. Shouldn't need more than 10 mins at this part.

3 RepliesMan, Fatebinger should be up on war crimes for what it does to hive in this strike.
