i'm from Aust so i guess i'm one of the foreigners you're referring to, but my problem is as follows which i guess means your inskte into the issue is incorrect about them helping me and not you: yes, same with me basically. Bungie solution does not work. i have my PS4 set to Aust/Sydney. Game came from Aust. DLC in play station store did not have regional restrictions so i purchased it several weeks ago. restoreed licenses, no good. deleted game and reinstalled, no good. info says DLC is installed but I cannot acces it in game. cannot purchase another in PS4 store as it says its already purchased. i have tried all remedies and none work. Bungie solutions when i called their number 1300748995 did nothing for me but give me a link to a website. the website gave no hel other than to say its my fault for not ensuring i buy from same region and that in this case its a PS4 issue and i have to go through them. PS4 won't budge and have no responsibility other tha to say i have to rebuilt PS4 database etcto ensure it is not a corrupted file that's causing the issue despite the fact its not just me suffering the problem. This is not good enough and the loopholes in the system prevent even consumer affairs being able to do anything about it as i tried going throgth them. looks like they win and we lose.

  • If you're in Aussie, call PSN support/store you purchased the game from, cite "I'm invoking my rights provision by the Australian Consumer laws that the product should do what a reasonable customer expects to do. Not being able to play the expansion pass is a violation of that expectation. I hereby request a refund inline with my rights." I did that. They complied. Remember that you must ask for your Case Number before you hang-up. You should also sound record the conversation from the time you dail the number. If they reject your refund claim, just tell them you will inform ACCC with the recording as evidence of consumer law violation. That worked for me in getting Sony to refund. At one point they told me to call Bungie and Activision at which I told them that I have voice recordings that refers back to Sony. Also Australia Consumer Law, states that the store which you purchased the product from is responsible for the refund. Just be nice when asking. :) Call Sony : Australia - 1300 365 911 New Zealand - 09 801 1235
