This needs to be brought up with the Tower authority... Or whatever governing body we have...
Eris' ship is an extreme liability. Not only is it floating extremely close to the tower, but it's tethered to a flimsy railing with one rope. On top of that, that moron didn't even bother to TIE the rope. She just loosely wrapped it a couple of times. I mean, I know her eyes are bleeding a black ooze and all- but that's no excuse for a tragic accident waiting to happen.
She can park her effing ship in the hanger like the rest of us. Better yet, take that ship away from her. It's great that she made it back to Earth and all- but she should NOT be flying an interplanetary alien spacecraft with a blindfold on. That's just reckless.
What if she slams into some poor level 5 trying to venture out on a patrol- only to cut short his adventure to Become Legend with a fiery shrapnel explosion that will undoubtedly rain down on the residents living in their shanties below the tower?
Edit 1: This isn't a simple matter of following the rules. This is a serious matter of safety. We live in a tower a mile above ground level. Wind is not uncommon at this altitude. A gentle breeze could waft that ship right into the wall. You know what happens when a fusion-powered interplanetary jump ship bumps something? Imagine a Ford Pinto with a super-atomic core.
That's right- we'll essentially supernova the Tower and turn Earth's last remaining hope into a quantum singularity. We'll be the laughing stock of the Solar System.
Edit 2: Apparently ropes are called "lines" when applied to ships (thanks, xS4INTx). How was I supposed to know? I'm a stone-cold alien killer and parking enforcement officer, not a sailor.

2 RepliesThat ship in clear violation of every code the city has...but the main one is... Article 2.78 Running an engine while on idle either close to or within the vicinity of the tower. Think of all of the harmful emissions that ship is kicking out... I for one...am glad that I am an Exo...but I worry for you if you are a Awoken or Human. That thing is seriously reducing your life span.

29 RepliesYeah totally agreed. Also it is ruining our view of the city from that area. Some guardian down in apartment 7C told me that he gets a bad smell coming in his windows at night when the wind blows down from her ship. Who let this freak back into the tower anyway? Holliday the lesbo probably did it. Over this shiz. Makes me wanna get my own place back in the city but that commute to the tower....urgh, rather marry a thrall am i right?

1 ReplyEdited by Awesome JZ: 12/14/2014 10:37:01 PMThe worst part of this is... It's a hologram. Several brave guardians have attempted to jump onto her ship and look for further violations, when they simply fell through it to land on more civilians. This is a major violation of the Interstellar Space Travel-Enabled Vehicle Guidelines Handbook, Chapter 19, Section 52. We must call upon the Vanguard Mentors to fix this problem promptly.

14 RepliesI couldn't figure out why her ship was getting bigger, then it hit me.

1 ReplyNot sure if this has been brought up, what about all the water those hapless robots cant mop up? Thats a friggin lawsuit if ive ever seen one. And please dont get me started on lord saladin's disco inferno that he'll likely bring next week.
-
And let's talk about that -blam!- xur. He just waltz on in not giving a -blam!-. Bring us some silly ass stuff every week. No visitor pass or nothing. What he was some pedophile or something smh

2 RepliesThe real question is: how did she get the raid ship when she hasn't beaten crota? I'm calling hacks! Bring the banhammer bungie.
-
Accident waiting to happen? What about the millions of civilians who have died thanks to a BUNGIE cord malfunction with jumping guardians! Millions of guardians each day jump off the tower expecting to get rebounded back, only to die gruesomely on top of an innocent civilian!
-
2 RepliesAs the head Guardian of the OHS committee I concur. She should also have a seeing eye Shank. On an unrelated note, does anyone else find blindfolds inexplicably attractive now?

4 RepliesI think the whole tower needs a new safety officer. I have noticed many infractions that make it a rather unsafe work environment. - there has been water pooling at the bottom of the stairs on the way to the speaker for 2 months now. - I don't believe the railings are regulation height, I have seen many guardians accidentally take a tumble over the edge. Simply horrifying. - the the ridges in the courtyard where the brickwork is recessed should really be marked with safety yellow. - often there is a soccer game occurring in the common area. But most of all... everyone is always running. There really needs to be signs telling everyone to slow down. If it wasn't for the fact that most of the time we simply pass right through each other there would be many serious falls. Those hunters carry knives you know!?
-
You think that's bad? What about the apparent lack of security within the Guardian Tower complex? The Speaker's "office" doesn't even have any blast-proof doors. If you thought the recent security breach in the White House was bad, that intruder would have run all over the Guardian Tower complex before being apprehended.

1 ReplyTell them to do something about the standing water in the tower too. It's a slip hazard!

Edited by Omega Pheonix: 12/11/2014 7:28:37 PMThe scene opens to Dean Winters (Mayhem) holding a glowing sphere containing a dark shard, standing in front of a dilapidated, rickety dropship, loosely bound to the safety railing surrounding the tower plaza. "Hi, I'm a weary former guardian suffering from a disgusting eye condition contracted from the Hive. I'm emotionally distraught over the loss for my fireteam, their lives taken by the hands of Crota's minions, and my debilitating eye condition has left my vision somewhat murky; So I didn't notice that I parked in a no docking zone. I just sit here, crying out for vengeance and urging guardians to strike at Crota's forces; so I don't notice that I clearly didn't follow standard docking procedure, and I don't notice that the drive core on my ride is malfunctioning when it suddenly jerks out of control, yanks the railing as well as a chunk of the tower with it. My ship goes speeding across the plaza, dragging a concrete wrecking ball into countless guardians until it finally careens into the Cryptarch's tent. If you had cut-rate light, your ghost may have to use your own glimmer to revive your bodies, but with the Traveler's light, you're protected from Mayhem like me."

There is Something I've been trying to bring to the tower authorities attention. The tower needs to implement some suicide nets under the railing of the tower in order to prevent the repeated deaths of guardians depressed at getting energy from a legendary engram for the third time. Please, think of the children... Being constantly pelted by the corpses of guardians down in the city. Thank you

Where does she go pee?

I've been on this app since release day, and I think this may very well be the best post I've ever seen on here. Thank you, everyone around me is wondering why I'm laughing so hard.

1 ReplyI wanna know why her ship isn't hovering behind the center locked door like the Queens ship was???
-
I know this wasn't the point of this post, but I wish she was more of a spectacle like the queen was. It's like she just found a corner with a railing and was like yep I like it.

3 RepliesI spend more time reading these replies than jacking off.
