[BUNGIE] Unable to access the Expansion content? Please check here for more details
We have received reports from players that are unable to access the Expansion content. We have provided some FAQ below, and will add more as needed.
[b]I still receive an Expansion Required message, but I already own the Expansion content:[/b]
Please ensure that the Expansion content is fully downloaded, as sometimes downloads are stuck in a queue and do not install automatically. We suggest that you restore your licenses to ensure that everything has downloaded properly. Please follow the link for more information on how to restore licenses on your console. http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181
If that does not resolve your issue, please restart your console and relaunch Destiny.
[b]I purchased the Expansion from a retailer and when I entered the code it didn’t unlock the Expansion content:[/b]
Some retailers will credit your XBL or PSN account with a dollar value rather than unlocking the Expansion content. Please check your PSN or XBL store and verify that you have either a) received the Expansion or b) received a credit to purchase the Expansion. If you have verified that you have received credit in the amount of the Expansion, simply purchase the Expansion and begin your download.

1 ReplyI'm having an issue on Ps3. I have both prior dlc and cannot purchase TTK standalone dlc. Both prior dlc were purchased on the same console with different psn accounts. We didn't have any issue with both accounts playing either content as they are on the same console that both dlc is on. Would love to play but I'm told the standalone is "unavailable for purchase".

4 RepliesPLEASE I had already preordered taken King digital download but I couldn't access the content when I tried to play. It kept saying "taken King required" for everything. I had already been promoted to install it earlier, so there was no option to install. I thought the next logical step would be to uninstall it and try reinstalling it. BUT NOW TAKEN KING HAS DISAPPEARED COMPLETELY AND DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THAT I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED IT. I even still have the weapons/suros pack from preordering, but that would probably disappear too if I tried uninstalling. When I go into the marketplace, taken King digital download says "unavailable" even though I have both year 1 DLCs, even tried re installing those. Please help, I do not want to repurchase and I just want to get back out on the field.

I can't play the taken king on my PS3 and bought the $20.00 legendary edition of the taken king on my PS3 and it's a digital version of the game and it keeps saying it requires the taken king and I have both expansion passes for destiny .

Bungie please help me. Its been 2 days since i bought my tkk legendary edition. I still dont have may expansion access. Please fix it.

3 RepliesI finished my Xbox One ver. 2.0 patch earlier after over 24 hours worth of pauses and now when i boot up the game, it says it cant read the content and i tried several times hard resetting my console. So now i'm left with an unplayable game altogether. Bungie i need answers especially when you have no actual customer service reps that anyone can talk to.

3 Repliesrestoring licenses and reinstalling the whole thing is not helping. ive restarted my console and tried logging in and out of destiny it still doesnt work. i have access to TTK but TDB and HoW still locked in my map. pls help fix this bungie alot of people who bought the physical copy are having this issue.

8 Repliesim using a PS4 and both my region and the disc region is the same but i still do not have access to the expansions. TTK missions are available but TDB and HOW are not. ive restarted my console, restored licenses, logged in and out of destiny, reinstalled the whole thing. my PSN is set in singapore which is R3 and my disc is R3. pls help.

I bought The Taken King on PS4 on disc and downloaded the DLC with the same region. I can access the content fine on that account. I cannot access the DLC on a my primary, different account on the same PS4. However, if I log into the disc region account and then switch to my primary account, I can access the content fine so long as both accounts are signed in. Is this a bug or is it how DLC will work on the PS4?

3 RepliesI pre-ordered from GameStop and got my code today. When I put in the code I was able to retrieve my SUROS arsenal pack contents, but nothing else every time I tried to play crucible, do the first quest, or check the dreadnaught it asked me to buy TTK.

1 ReplyI have reported this since 2.0 came and I can't even start the game up without it freezing. Since the 2.0.0.2 came out and what other patch you have is downloading and so called so called server work you claim to be doing, the game still freezes before or at the character select screen. I ran fine for weeks before 2.0. Nothing in hardware on my end has changed. Every other game works like normal on my Xbox One. Do you even acknowledge this issue as I see more and more people reporting their freezing up everytime they start the game up?

Under the "update" section, I bought my pre-order digital TTK online at PSN as download. This update appears to be referring to folks bought discs at retail stores, yes? If so, then how is the issue I'm experiencing to be resolved? Also, I started a thread and two related topics explaining how my House of Wolves is no longer playable. HELP. This, on PS3
