I only have 2 characters created, both in story and in game, and my last one is a work in progress. I will put a summary down below but if you are interested I do have to intro stories written, one for each.
My female Awoken Warlock is named Kaya. Kinda working on the back story to her back story but basically she served either the current Queen of the Reef or the previous one and was eventually recognized for her intellect and given a task more suiting of her skills. She loves history and biology, and was sent to Earth by said queen to garner any secrets she could about pre golden age and golden age technology, recovering lost history and what not. She got knocked out/killed by a Fallen scouting party and was brought back to be studied. Unfortunately for them the Hive happened to land before the would get the chance to dissect her. She is long forgotten there and is later revived by her ghost and the two fight their way out of the hive infested Fallen ship. She is fairly quiet till you get to know her, but is quite witty (usually having a great come back but was raised not to voice it). She often gets lost in thought and will likely go into a blood rage when any part of history is destroyed.
My male Exo Titan is named Bo'Ark - 26, and adopted his name after awakening on Mars and watching the Cabal for months, learning about their culture. Because of this he loves culture and tends to work through things head on much like a Cabal would. He doesn't realize yet but he was made by a company that was secretly funded by the Seven Seraphs, which I would love to go into detail with but alas, no such information exists yet. Anyway he meets Kaya one day when she is on Mars for a mission, after finally convincing him to come with her they head back to the tower where he meets the Speaker and what not. (Don't have that part written yet) Bo'Ark is more of a strong and quiet type, but will accidentally cross boundaries when speaking his mind or seeing an injustice. He does however get very talkative about anything involving anthropology and culture, so he and Kaya seem to hit it off fairly well, trading books and stories.
Unfortunately there is too much to explore and learn for them to go everywhere together all the time but they do team up together for the big stuff and enjoy each others company greatly.
To answer about how in-depth I am, I would say quite in-depth XD and I am more than willing to share their stories. And I am actually interested in your stories as well, even the your feesly hunter story. :P

Remember, you asked for the feels. Effectively, our pop-punk posterchild had a lady-friend he met shortly after being brought to the Tower. Being the stereotypical 20-something his personality reflected, he naturally rebelled from his mentor (a nondescript Order, more than likely the most traditionalist one picked him up hoping he'd turn into Ikora Rey 2.0) and ended up breaking from studies to have quite the relationship with his fellow rebel. The two of them joined Breaker and two of his friends, Hunters who were fascinated by Breaker's tales of Golden Age bank heists, in the "Heist of All Time." What nobody knew entirely, was that the Vault they were cracking was the one where Vex could rewrite time and space to erase people from existence. Over the course of the heist, the makeshift crew found and wore the Templar down. As a death throe, the Templar managed to mark our hero's lover and promptly negated her existence. The Ghost that was with her suddenly ceased to be, time rewritten to where she didn't exist at all. The only one of the crew that even remember her, is Breaker. He only remembers that the (unnamed as of yet) Warlock would often dart away with someone. This is only through the fact that Breaker's memory has been reset 77 times, he's used to fragmented memories and figuring out what they mean from gut feelings. The Warlock's memories were wiped, all the times he spent alone with his lady suddenly turned to moments where he remembers stealing away into the night alone. He has the vague notion that he wasn't alone, but he can't figure out why. Despite his rough personality, Breaker has sworn to never tell his first friend why the Warlock is prone to feeling sad when he sees couples in the Tower. The Hunter, however, comes in during the fight with the Gatekeepers. As they open gates, a figure darts out of the portal and leaps at the Warlock with a knife. A tumble and much confusion later, this Awoken steals The Last Word from our Warlock hero and hands him a strange auto rifle made from Vex parts. She joins the fray, and over the Atheon fight the Warlock gets teleported to the sandy past and negated. The remnants of the crew forget why they're there, feeling only dread as Atheon starts going to town. With a scream and a song, our plucky hero taps into his powers as a Sunsinger to will himself into existence. Reversing the negation, he cements himself in the Vex reality and teaches Atheon that "Tonight We Feel Alive (On a Saturday)" and blasts the giant robot to pieces. After leaving the Vault, the Hunter sticks around, learning of the Warlock's really sad past and kinda feels sorry for the kid. She plays mute around him, finding it humorous that he just gives her things for smiling. (He's a sucker, what can we say?) 'Das what I've got so far. Yours is pretty rad, too!

Dang, got me with the Gorgon part. That is by far the most intimidating and sobering part of the VoG imo, I mean yeah it would suck to be stuck in the past but you can potentially live through that >~>;. I did enjoy your story though! X3 And thanks for the complement >u< I would post mine in response but I think Bo'Ark's is the only one that would fit in a reasonable text box. I kinda went overboard with Kaya's intro XD
