Yes, RIGHT before the round. You don't create your a load out right before a COD match. You might tweak it, but either way, weapons in COD are not ridiculously overpowered to other weapons. In Destiny, the guns are spaced incredibly far apart as far as damage goes.
What I am looking for is just main weapon choice. If the max damage your assault rifle does is 150, I shouldn't be allowed a main weapon that does 300 (I'm just talking about your main weapon, not secondary or your heavy.)

You do realize that that damage only applies to pve right? It has nothing to do with pvp.

Actually I don't understand at all. If that is the case, then why do some people have overshields when attacking them? There is that white line on their health bar and after that dwindles away their health starts to disappear. Not trying to argue. I seriously don't understand it.

That overshield is a perk. Warlocks have it and titans. Every gun is balanced in crucible.
