[/quote] My Thoughts are What was the point of fully upgrading the exotics if I can just get an exotic and upgrade it from Xur I Think only fully upgraded exotics can be upgraded from Xur. My Reasoning is Some People Put time into upgrading the exotics but people who don't get to upgrade it as well.
