Go look up a video on the vex mythlocast before nerf. There are some extremely op weapons which are only applicable because the transfer from PvE to PvP. Bungie did not think it through, and are correcting their mistakes. Crucible is supposed to be a place where a level 12 can have fun, facing level 30's. The ones saying there is no nerf needed are the ones pulling out their OP weapons and praying they don't get downgraded because it's their only hope. Not bragging about my KD obviously (I do have multiple people play on my gamertag when I have friends over) its just sad when the most constant weapon to be killed from is Suros. "Halo rocked because all players had the same probability to succeed because weapons were balanced..." and thats the standard Bungie is looking for, only in halo you couldn't customize your characters weapons.. they also didn't have over 150 weapons in the game.

  • I'm level 29 and i still get owned by level 11s and 7s from time to time. But when I really put my shots into their head..... they stand no chance. I would say its pretty balanced.

  • If their smart on situational thinking, yes. But most people playing crucible want a good kick out of it. Kill some people, get killed. Have a laugh. Sadly, and very linear for me to say; their looking for their call of duty experience in Destiny.. and they don't get it.. because its Destiny. Suros is a great example. My Mythoclast stands no -blam!-ing chance to that. Once they aim down their sights (which everybody does when their trying to shoot somebody) their damage is increased but the fire rate is decreased, making it basically an OP scout rifle that takes 2-3 shots to kill in the head. Personally I never use the thing, but in the top right I read Suros the most. That's my fault though, if I wanted to go be an overpowered pussy I could do that. I try to look for balance though. I prefer to be killed by a level 12 as opposed to a level 27-30 with suros. At least I know that kid managing to kill a level 30 is a smart-ass, not just a sheep following the overpowered gun that everybody else is using.
