I'm no body builder or anything, but I suggest using supplement such as 1.N.O explode-it helps you stay energized through your workout. Drink before workout.
2.Creatine-helps muscles obtain as much oxygen as it can. Which helps improve the growth of your muscles. And drink after workout. 3. Protein-key to getting bigger and strong muscles, I use "whey protein" without your protein your muscles won't have anything to feed off of. Only take about 30-40g though. Also drink after workout.
As for workout routines here's what I do
•day 1:
Chest
Triceps
Shoulders
•day 2:
Biceps
Back
Abs
•day 3:
Legs
Abs
Gluteus
Don't go every day, that won't do anything for you, go at least every other day.
And an end note: always do your weight lifting workout first, and then do cardio afterward (best way to burn fat)
You may not really see any results until the 3rd week or so.
Hope this helps!

I'm pretty sure creatine actually just puts more water into your muscles, not so sure about oxygen. Basically adds water weight and prolongs the pumped look your muscles get after working out.

No one needs to supplement, if your diet is on point.

The only reason you would go on a diet is to lose weight. And if you want to pack on muscle quicker supplements help a ton. If you go on a diet whole wright lifting the only difference you will really see is getting skinnier.

When I say "diet" I don't mean that in a way where you want to lose weight. I mean that that if you're eating to put on lean muscle, your "diet" needs to tailor to that. You'll need the right amount of calories, protein, carbs and fat. If your macros are on point then your "diet" will be perfect for gaining muscle, meaning you don't need to supplement, as your diet consists of everything needed. Thus NEEDING NO SUPPLEMENTATION. Supplements are all well and good, just think of them as a convenience thing rather than a necessity.
