I know that the Destiny developers are huge into player feedback and that they say they read everything, so I am going to post this in the off chance that it may be read/responded to.
Does anyone else share my thoughts that Destiny could/should at some point develop some sort of Transmogrification system, similar to those of Diablo III and WoW? I only ask because I would like to keep the look of the armor I have now (or bring back some of the lower level looks I liked) but do not want to lose stats. I don't want this to turn into a rage post or a flame fest, because I do enjoy Destiny, but this type of system would bring about the type of cosmetic customization that we all craved going into this. Please just think about it Developer team. Anyone else care to share thoughts in a CIVIL manner, please expand.

2 Replies"Transmogrify"... craziest word I have ever heard- haha. After reading the rest of your question and a little bit of the ole merriam-webster dictionary: I agree! I have a Warlock and his gear is really clean cut. But there was one lower piece of armour which was all tattered and I was hoping to find that in legendary some day. If Destiny could "Transmogrify" that good stuff I would be happy.

Much yes. I really like my IB gear (better looking than VoG armor- at least the gauntlets anyways) but I would like to change my helmet/chest to something more suiting. Plus with exotics, the shader doesn't usually fully apply to them like legendary (or lower) armor would.

I concur - that way we don't have everyone wearing the same armor, just shaded differently. Give us some freedom of expression, Bungie.

Hated it on wow, just because i knew how the gear looks. Didnt have to inspect them to see if they had good gear. After transmog i couldnt do that anymore
