FAILING YOUR CUSTOMERS, from one developer to another.

The fundamental aspect of Destiny is the ability to play and communicate with other players. Your largest update ever seems to have broken this. I am shocked as a developer that is a fraction of the size of yourselves, that with the huge budget, facilities, number of developers and testing at your call, you have not tested this functionality so that it worked before shipping out the forced update. FRAME RATE ISSUES? How could this have been missed? PARTY CHAT ISSUES ? Again, how could this have been missed, especially that both issues seem to be related. Further more, changing to GAME CHAT means that some players that have NAT issues can not be heard. Destiny keeps telling its £50-£70 a pop customers that they have connection issues for reasons (under animal names) that are quite erroneous. Sometimes things go wrong and not all can be caught in the testing phase, this I can allow... however, it is virtually unforgivable not to communicate issues and the progress of their fixes to those that have bought your products.
