Before this nerf, thorn was the only weapon I used on PvP.. It held its own against Suros (currently 90% of kills in iron banner) but it takes more skill (in my opinion) to use a hand cannon and thorn was my choice. Now with this nerf you've rendered it more useless than everyone thought it previously was. I've been using the Fatebringer or Hawkmoon and I love them both, but something about the thorn just felt awesome to kill someone with that poison.. I hope this will be fixed before the iron banner is over , but I doubt it

Thorn is just the handcanon equivalent of the Scrubos Regime.

Not even close, Thorn actually takes skill.. You need 3 shots to kill, which is half the bullets... Suros does not take skill

Agreed, the thorn has this punch to it that other hand cannons never really met for me. I love the lash, and the last word, but even though the thorn is a lesser gun then both of those it just feels so satisfying. I hope they patch it soon.
