This makes me so happy.
If Bungie isn't going to put any effort into their bullet sponge "bosses" I don't see why I should be putting in much effort to defeat them.

So, we should now implement dregs as bosses at the end of strikes? What bosses should we have then?

We should have bosses that have unique mechanics, where you actually use tactics to beat them, rather than finding the best cover spot and shooting the enemy in its crit spot over and over. The Templar is actually one of the better designed bosses in the game; too bad it's better for the players to cheese him for a chest because they're not fighting bosses, they're fighting RNG drop rates
