Exotic Weapon Nerfs?
If you are detecting a nerf to your exotic weapons, the change is unintentional.
Please report all issues in this thread. Thank you, and sorry for the frustration this will cause.

1 ReplyBuff the vex back please. Just got it from a hard raid last night. Could do with having more ammo too! Buff bad juju as it was my first exotic bounty but as it was rubbish I didn't even bother upgrading it. And get Xur to sell red death or gjallahorn or one of the rarer exotics. Personally I'd like ice breaker as all my raid mates have it and I don't! Cheers Deej.

Why don't you nerf all the weapons as that's what's gonna happen if you whiney people don't shut up and get on with it. I've got killed by all op weapons and I don't complain .its a game for gods sake,not real life.

They prolly did it on purpose so that when the new raid comes out and we get better weapons, we'll be uber impressed with it.

Guys. Stay out for a while. They wont to anything about your nerfed weapons and they sure as hell don't bother to listen or reply. I realized, it's pointless. My Thorn is collecting dust and my Epilogue keeps jamming.

So everyone, according to the weekly update, the only exotic that's actually not working properly is the thorn. Sorry guys, I guess we're all just imagining things.

4 RepliesHow has this not been hot-fixed yet? Seriously, though... is it an issue with Sony and Microsoft? What's up??? It has been several days now, and I really don't understand why a company so well known and experienced is so slow to fix problems. Any other company would have fixed the various issues almost immediately, especially is they exploited the game (the Loot Cave should have been dealt with almost immediately, and Atheon should have never fallen off the map). Hot-Fixes should not be an event... because they aren't fun; the are necessity to ensure the enjoyment of the game. I shouldn't feel like you guys are doing me any favors, because I own you nothing. I payed full price for the game, and I would like it to be playable. I believe in you guys, so please show me that I am not placing my hope in the wrong people.

It held its own against Suros (currently 90% of kills in iron banner) but it takes more skill (in my opinion) to use a hand cannon and thorn was my choice. Now with this nerf you've rendered it more useless than everyone thought it previously was. I've been using the Fatebringer or Hawkmoon and I love them both, but something about the thorn just felt awesome to kill someone with that poison.. I hope this will be fixed before the iron banner is over , but I doubt it Edit: DoT for thorn was 7, not five

5 RepliesDude, it's not only exotics. [b]Vision of Confluence[/b] became USELESS against Oracles on raid hard mode after the 2 GB patch. Upgraded to 300 dmg, and I have to empty almost an entire clip (~15 bullets) into one Oracle to take it down now vs about 4-5 bullets before the patch. It's more or less the same with [b]Atheon's Epilogue[/b] as well, but I can't say for sure – didn't use it enough pre-patch to be certain.

Pocket infinity is still glitched and sometimes either only fires one burst instead of 3 or sometimes fires the 3 bursts really slowly.
