Ward of Dawn is one of my favorite abilities. It feels SO awesome throwing up a gigantic energy ball around a Control Point or a Conflux. We all know it's no paradise though. While every Super comes with risks, the WoD in particular is less a defense and more an invitation for another Guardian's Super, or a Deranged Praetorian. I am proposing a few possible buffs to add to Ward of Dawn. But if you could only choose one: what would it be? Check here for detailed descriptions of each answer:
It's a balmy afternoon at the Shores of Time. Guardians are buzzing all around checkpoint B... which you just neutralized, But, you're all alone; your team is scattered around the map and the enemy is swarming you. But you're not worried. You tap L1+ R1 together to throw up a bubble. As the first of Team Alpha's units leaps for you...
1. The Bug Zapper:
... You tap L1+R1 together again, while WoD is active and send a pulse of void energy crackling through the surface of your shield. Any enemy making direct contact with the shield is instantly vaporized; any enemy standing too close takes severe damage and has to retreat or risk imminent death from the Titan inside. "Get out of my bubble!" you whisper. Ready to zap again.
2. Supply & Demand:
...You simply wait—As soon as enemies pass through your shield, the WoD rapidly siphons their overshields, then their health: channeling it to you and your teammates.
3. Egocentric Orbit :
...You pick a direction and go. Your Ward of Dawn follows you wherever you go. But don't get too cocky, Motion drains the Ward of Dawn a little bit faster than if you were standing still.
4. In a Blaze of Glory :
...Well, that was a good run... You can't hold off this offensive volley but blammit, they're going down with you.
Pressing and Holding L1+R1 together while WoD is active causes the shield to detonate in a glorious void-bomb that disintegrates all enemies within range (Damage similar to the Fist of Havoc). The blast takes everything you've got though; you die along with your enemies.
5. Tinted Prism:
...You can see them, but they can't see you. From the perspective of someone outside the bubble There's nothing there... maybe just a curious ripple in the air. Boy, are they ever in for a surprise though. When they stumble into your dome you've already charged your Fusion Rifle.
6. General Relativity:
...You've got time. Thanks to some reverse-engineered Vex technology: Time inside the Ward of Dawn moves a little faster than the outside world. Those Guardians running toward you are moving in slow-motion, giving you time to select just the right weapon... and aim it.
*A lot of people have been saying this is impossible. My initial idea was not to literally alter time, but to simulate it to the players inside the bubble by buffing every stat when in the bubble. You switch weapons and reload faster, you replenish health, grenades, and melees faster, etc. So in reality, no one's literal temporal experience would change, it would just feel like it was.*

I'd like to just be able to shoot through it. The martyr bomb sounds pretty bad ass though.
