Titan bubble isn't a heal? When you're red and get in there and get that armor isn't that equivalent to heal?

Not really. It doesn't fully recharge your health just gives you a damage buffer.

Between weapons/blessing of light and the warlock's radiant cool down buff, there is plenty. There's no need for a dedicated subclass.

It basically gives you HP you can take more hits

It doesn't give you more health. If you are in the red and you go in with the blessing of light and you get hit with an attack that would normally kill you it is still going to kill you. It is useful for protecting while your health recharges then going out and fighting a bit more. Judging from the last nigthfall in the nexus it at least increased the number of hit my titan could take from 6 to 8 so it's 1/3rd increase in defense which isn't bad.
