I would be amazed if any game that was built on an existing engine didn't have at the very least twice the amount of content. You keep throwing out numbers like they mean something but you don't add context. Treyarch is not Bungie, Bethesda is not Bungie, they have different development teams and more specifically their teams aren't the same size. If you drill down even more, you'll realize that these other companies don't have to hire the heavy hitters, the guys that can work magic with graphic and physics simulations, the guys designing the infrastructure that provided a seamless launch to a massively distributed and sophisticated infrastructure, that shit is not easy, the companies you mention just need a bunch of modelers and script kiddies to create a bunch of content. McDonald's pumps out hamburgers in seconds, why the hell do I have to wait at the mom and pop joint? and look! those fries are already made, you should just give them to me for free.
