Destiny and skyrim arnt even the same type of game. Nice try but you would have to compair it to halo or call of duty in wich case you would prove you point wrong. Not to mention the servers required. How many player can play skyrim together? None. Destiny is a FPS. Yes it has some freeroam so idiots like you think it should become a MMO. Its not, once again its a FPS and FPS have DLCs some of them are compleatly pointless like gun skins or poses. I bet you bought them anyway without complaining. Yet you want to argue that its items they took away. Yes it is but there is an amount of data games are allowed to release per disk. Thats why halo 4 came with two disk. Not to mention every game out there will hold out on releasing something untill later on. Its call buisness they have to make money just like you for themselves and to work on the next game and patches.
And before i finish id like to restate your topic.
TO ALL THOSE WHO COMPLAIN ABOUT HOW THE DLCs ARE UNFAIR.... PULL YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR ASS AND LOOK AT THE FACTS NOT THE OPINIONS OF SOME WINEY BRAT.
Thank you

Nice signature brother. Now tell me how stupid you are before I judge your post anymore.

As Bungie said it is a MMO based game since you share servers yes they could have done a bit better perhaps

This guy is right. It IS an mmo.. It's not an MMORPG it's an MMOFPS.. it's more along the lines of defiance and warframe or planetside than it is skyrim or cod. But to straight up compare it to CoD or halo wouldn't be a fair comparison. Skyrim shouldn't even be a go to comparison.

Bungie and Activisions arnt MMO companies but they did create Destiny with similiar characteristics. My comparison to halo and cod was purely because it was created by the same people with additionial dlcs that no one seemed to mind. As for the same missions being played over and over... Well thats in everygame.(sorry in advance for the same game compairing) Halo for example, its campain and multiplayer is set but we continue to do these challanges, wich are similar to the bounties in Destiny, you just dont have to get them. I will admit The game is a mixture of a small MMO and FPS it has public activites where you can meet outside of matchmaking/crucible and conqure challanges with strangers. Its menu between campain and crucible would be orbit. It appears to be part of the mmo but in reality its just a lobby of people.(assuming you have friends with you). I will not say that i like all the ideas people are argueing about but nothing is set in stone untill release. Once again we are aguing about rumors. I defend my case because i have enjoyed playing and comminicating with the Bungie community and it annoys me when people argue(almost rebelliously) over things they do not know. And lastly top guy. As for my education. I am currently a 11th grade AP student involved and enrolled in the NCCER of electricions and welders. Buy as a reward for sad attempt of offending me you get a star my friend.

And the repeated missions and bounties and the vendors are all in MMO games
