"Skyrim: 150 Dungeons
Destiny: 6 Strikes"
i lol'ed. A dungeon in Skyrim more like a cave with mobs and a chest then actually a dungeon. 5mins tops to clear.
I give you another perspective on Destiny (my personal experience):
why on earth did i put more then double the amount of playtime in destiny compared to skyrim with so many less content? I'll tell you why:
- Skyrim is completely solo playstyle, while in destiny the content is actually designed to group up and actually have teamwork to kill the hardest stuff
- Overwhelmed by options in skyrim. So many options and paths it dazzled me and after choosing a path, reading on the internet a dozen other paths you could choose would actually be better later on... had to start over multiple times to get the points on the other attributes. Destiny in the other hand focusses on the skills of the player , instead of the path you chose.
- adding content in stages actually can improve the gameplay later on ALOT. Adding loads of suggestions of players + new strikes/raids/pvp maps sounds like a better plan for me then have everything at day one, finding out that the gamedesigner made flaws on so many paths ( wildstar is a good example aswell )

The point of an RPG is to chose a path that's unique to you, the role you play, role playing game. That line right there is just ridiculous when you go into an RPG.

maybe for you. Im more into the hardcore create the strongest possible character RPG style

Which you can in Skyrim. Did you play around with your Smithing Skill? Did you upgrade your Enchanting and make rings of Infinite Magicka? I started as a Nord that was only focused on melee, then I moved toward magic and made use of every skill that the game has. You also have the last DLC which allowed you to reset your skill trees. You must have not played the game much, or right, because I did everything in that game.
