Seems a bit unfair beings that it's one game versus 11. But Destiny still is pretty close at 45% compared to 55%. Says alot.

That 45 percent have play stations. I mean, destiny doesn't hold a candle to halo 2 or 3... but it's good. The story sucks, the pvp is ok, just cod with different kill streaks. The pve is fun, like a cool, but less fun, borderlands. Borderlands has more guns and more customization, which sucks.
-
Also the pvp is solid. Just needs more maps and game modes like CTF.
-
And like every halo gametype XD

I don't like Borderlands cause every enemy drops and awesome weapon. If I get a weapon in Destiny I can upgrade it and learn about it and even keep it for awhile without having to worrying about a replacement anytime soon. That's why it has iconic weapons such as Suros Regime, Ice Breaker, Thorn, Gjallarhorn, Vision of Confluence, The Last Word, Atheons Epilogue, etc etc. Everyone knows what these are and are impressed if someone has it and they don't. Borderlands you have to explain the upgrades for anyone to be impressed. And you'll only get a better one every 5 min.

Not end game guns, which you keep forever because they are the best. It's called having content. You know, the opposite of having the most iconic gun in the game the first Friday of release.
-
Destiny has plenty of content like most games. The problem is that it was so hyped up that people expected content like Skyrim. No wonder they're disappointed.
-
Why didn't it have that much content? They lied about everything you see being playable, end of story. If it was, maybe it would be the same size as Skyrim. Shit, it should be that large.
-
Yea it should be as big. And I still think it will. All new MMOs (yes I'm calling it that) have a rough start. And I think Destiny is the most successful launch out of all of them. It has unforseen potential. Imagine once they move away from the current planets (Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, and Anus eeerr Uranus) and even outside our solar system. Adding in new mechanics for Sparrow racing and jump ship battles. Maybe even a more seamless transition between planets. (although that likely would happen in part 2 when they make it exclusive on next gen.) Top it off with a more fleshed out story as it goes on and it could be the greatest franchise ever. I see the potential and where they're going and that's why I love the game even now.
-
What makes you think they will do even half of that? Even 1 word of it? They won't sorry xD With that said, it's not an mmo, or related to an mmo. Mmo refers to server capability, but destiny is peer to peer. Peer to peer is the opposite of mmo. If bungie ever calls destiny an mmo, we can all sue and win the suit.
