I didn't get to enjoy the Vex pre nerf. However, I am hopeful with whatever buff they are planning for the Vex that it will address the ammo capacity and damage issue.
Perhaps, the ammo capacity won't be as much of an issue once the damage is increased (more damage per shot = less shots to kill a target = more available ammo post encounter with target). It may be an over-buff if they increase both. Though, I wouldn't complain.

Exactly, i think that's what happened with the pre nerf thing, the ammo capacity was good maybe? but when they nerfed it, they forgot to increase the ammo capacity ... so lame, i don't know who da -blam!- tests this on Bungie's side, do they have monkeys working with them?

In my experience, sometimes people get tunnel vision on one idea and work to fix that problem. However, they at the same time do not take into account all the other factors which could be affected by association. In the case of the Mythoclast, I can only assume they were very focused on PVP balance as that was the most glaring issue with the gun pre-nerf. So, they tried to bring the gun down to a more acceptable shots per kill ratio. Admittedly, they over-nerfed it. Hopefully, Bungie also realizes that part of the over-nerf was ammo capacity related. If not, I hope they read this topic. Any change brings about certain unwanted elements regardless of intentions. Thankfully, they are re-evaluating and making corrections. I have seen these types of re-adjustments numerous times in WoW and Diablo to name a fiew. This probably will not be the last gun/change which has negative consequences. I am optimistic about Bungie's balancing efforts though, because they admitted a mistake and are working to correct it. Some other developers seem to be okay with burying mistakes and trying to move past them without adjustments.
