I may have found a few ways I'll try.
I have some legendary boots that I have unlocked all upgrades for, however I do not possess enough Ascendant Shards for the 3 upgrades I can do. If I upgrade I can easy reach level 26.
The problem is that I can never get anyone to participate in Vault Of glass with me, and that is where I believe you can get the shards. Ive been stuck at mid level 25! I've made great progress as I actually was number 1 on the preorder list at a close GameStop and got the game on its midnight release, but now I'm slowing down. HELP!
