Not exactly like this. As far as I can remember Halo's enemies got a bit smarter on higher difficulties (correct me if I'm wrong). But my point is, sure Halo's enemies did more damage but way fewer of them actually had these splash-damage guns that easily kill you if you're distracted for a second.
I don't think the AI was much different from Heroic.
All Legendary was up the enemies' health and increase their damage, which is exactly what Destiny does.
Nope, the Halo enemies didn't really get smarter, their aim became beyond perfect. On Legendary they never missed. If you played with All Skulls On you had to play completely conscious of where to hide. And they had never ending 'nades.
Nooooooo wrong wrong :( they definitely did get stronger but the ai in Halo without a doubt got smarter on higher difficulty. Just the way they group together and use cover and stuff really.
Meh, marginally smarter, I'll grant that. The damn Elites did dive more, which was beyond annoying. The biggest thing though was their aim was perfect.
