Yeah but by the time it took you to shoot them they killed you. You one shot them? Yeah so what they shot you as the same time and you aren't fast enough to shoot 15 of them and not get hit twice.

They don't INSTANTLY know where you are. If you don't get to close(read: Rush) or draw too much aggro by tagging several at once(read: spraying) they won't swarm you. Once you do draw aggro, keep moving away from them and dodging(don't run in a straight line) while firing at the enemy who is either closest or the biggest threat and you will thin them out. If you do it with a teammate, you use solar to drop shields and they use arc to do a literal ASSTON of damage, watch how quickly the mob disappears. Honestly, i thought the knights were worse than the wizards, they regenerated and had double shields, plus that SPLASH damage was absolutely INSANE. Lets just say we got sent back to orbit more than once.

If you noticed on this last one, both the Knights and the Wizards would send "scouts" around the corner of the entrance area, with the scout facing towards the door, not in the direction they were running/flying. You could actually sit ready for the scout with an Arc rocket loaded and basically take the piss out of them with one shot, then probably finish with your primary. In my case I actually have an Unfriendly Giant which does Arc, so I was two-shotting the Knights. It only worked with the first one, then they rushed en masse. I pulled back up to the top of the stairs, switched to an Arc HMG (Deviant Gravity-A) and picked them apart with that. With the Wizards I didn't even bother with the rockets, just MG'd them to death. But the whole experience was painfully slow going, overly cautious, and not really fun at all. L28 Defender with Exotic helm (Saint-14) and Legi armor the rest of the way, Defense somewhere in the 1300s (which meant nothing, obviously).
