Yeah, there are SOME players who do.
I've played trough the Mars Nightfall normally and trough the Nexus. We didn't use any of the tricks, we fought and bled in middle of the enemies.
BUT, I have used exploits. Like we did the VoG last boss on normal using the Warlock trick for first time. And I've done this week's and last week's Nightfall using area where enemies can't access, because otherwise these maps would be a nightmare to play. So making the enemies two hit players is not very smart thing to do. Rising difficulty in some other ways would be nice. But Weekly challenges, I ALWAYS do without cheating. Nightfalls are just special cases.
Here's my another question, would you use shotgun on Nightfall? I sure as hell wouldn't. Enemies usualy have the melee buff or they will do damage so absurd that using a gun that is only effective in 3 meters would be riddicilous (does 1's and 2's at 4th meter).
But I don't think these difficulties are meant to be balanced. Sadly so. Because it limits your choices and usualy makes snipers the best tools for them.

Why would you push him off on normal? It only takes like 2 or 3 portal runs to kill him, it's too easy to need to push him off unless you're on hard.

Edited by Arppis: 10/26/2014 7:29:21 PMDunno was the first time, people wanted to push him off for easy rewards. Quite frankly, the raid wasn't that interesting in the first place. Wish there was some motivation besides gear to do it. Seen it now on hard and normal, no reason to go back. Got the gun I wanted.
