This is a known issue. For most users re-installing the app fixes the problem. There seem to be a few users like your self who cannot recover. We are aware of this issue and a fix is inbound.

I have the same issue on both my Ipad 2 and Iphone 6 both running IOS 8.1. Have tried deleting app and rebooting ipad/phone then reinstalling but still have same issue. Glad to hear there is a fix on way !
