8 RepliesYa know, below me are a bunch of complaints about a lot of things. A LOT OF THINGS. However, I only have one complain: Fix the loot system. Really, I'd like to be rewarded for doing hard shit like Tiger Strikes and Nightfall/Weeklies. You get a random blue and MAYBE, MAYBE a legendary. The reason why people resort to farming, Deej, is because the loot system is based off RNG. You want a good loot system, from a game many compare yours to? [b]Borderlands[/b]. Borderlands has an awesome loot system. You don't get rewarded for gaining levels or anything, but you do get rewarded heavily for beating hard bosses with levels of chests. You already have loot chests in the game. Make them be something that appears at the end of the boss fight and when you open it, you get 3/4 random green, blue, or purple engrams. Scale them right so it's not always 5 green, or 4 green and 1 purple. This would mediate a lot of issues because then it would feel like the strikes are worth a damn. Not to mention how painstakingly hard the raid is (so hard I can't even complete it lol) and you don't get rewarded correctly from what I've seen. You should be getting 5 purples for doing that stuff, not one or two. Anyway, mini rant. Only really care much about the loot system. Borderlands was short, but the loot system is what kept people playing. Deej, get the developer team to look at this from the consumer point of view. Would you like to play a game that makes you do hard tasks and doesn't reward you properly? No, you wouldn't.
